• Hold QTS and have recent KS2 teaching experience
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
• Have a nurturing and supportive approach to teaching
• Be confident preparing pupils for SATs and transition to secondary school
• Deliver creative and engaging lessons that inspire learning
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Be committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child
