Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy Aftermarket team in Rotherham. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and attention to detail to develop within a fast-paced technical environment.
Joining a fantastic team, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and providing accurate parts solutions while ensuring a high level of service.
Key duties include as the Parts Sales Advisor:
- Handling customer enquiries and providing parts support
- Identifying correct parts using technical information and BOMs
- Processing and recording orders accurately on internal systems
- Providing updates on orders, deliveries, and progress
- Supporting sales growth through upselling and margin awareness
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer information
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
About You
- Strong customer service or parts/aftersales experience (desirable)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate (CRM/SAP experience desirable)
